Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Pusheen gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return's journey.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
